# Wie teile ich eine Akte mit meinem Mandanten?

1. Kontextmenü (⋯) neben "+ Prozess hinzufügen" in der Akte öffnen.
2. "Akte mit Mandanten teilen" wählen.
3. Workflows auswählen: Alle Mandanten-Workflows, ausgewählte Workflows oder ausgewählte KYC-Workflows.
4. Einstellungen: Sprache, Link-Gültigkeit, MFA-Schutz, Kommentarfunktion, Zuweisungen.
5. "Verknüpfung erstellen" - Link kopieren und versenden.
